The State finally after nearly three years terminated my parental rights. There was no legal justification for their actions, other than I wanted my daughter released from a facility that was hurting her. It seemed the harder I fought for my daughter, the more she was punished at the hands of
quackery treatment.
As of April 17 2003, the final reply in my appeal to the Montana Supreme court was filed. The decision could take anywhere from one month to one year. I will keep the groups posted and announce the decision on this page.
Court papers may say my parental rights are "terminated", but in God's eyes, and mine and my daughters eyes, I am still mom.
